On May 24th 2007 at Vicar St, a remarkable gathering of traditional musicians and singers celebrated the life & music of Mícheál with his siblings, Tríona, Maighread & Conall. 
Many travelled from far and near to be there for what was a very memorable night.

The concert was recorded on audio and was broadcast in July 2008 on RTÉ radio 
by presenter, Peter Browne, on  The Rolling Wave. Click for archives.

All proceeds from the concert go to The Irish Traditional Music Archive.
